Lovely Views and Excellent Service!

The family room had two interconnecting spaces! One room has a large bed, and the second features a double bed on an upper level with another bed at ground level. Each room has a balcony and tea and coffee makers, so great. I loved the little cafe. the waiter was kind and attentive, really!
The road to the hotel is a bit challenging, it is steep and winding. It can be difficult, especially at night.

The hotel boasts fine views over the surrounding mountains, so beautiful. The setting in the hills provides a cool breeze. It is so refreshing. It is close to many local attractions. This makes sightseeing very convenient.

Staff members are very cute and friendly. The service is generally fast and efficient, always very attentive. Sakunthala and her team offer world-class service, so professional.

The hotel offers convenient online working spots with green landscapes around! The Ayurveda spa has massage treatments available. That is very relaxing. The hotel is spacious. Therefore, you never feel crowded.

The restaurant offers a large variety of dishes! The breakfast and dinner buffets were quite nice. They were delicious. Sudath, the F&B manager, provides good advice on bar drinks. He is very knowledgeable.

The food had great variety in the restaurant, with delicious options available. Chamil. He was a warm and kind person who really enhanced my experience. Staff offered beautiful decorations in my room for my anniversary (unexpected but welcome!).
The road to get there is very steep.

the room included a king size bed and a separate seating area. the balcony has great views of the surrounding hills. i also noticed they offer a free shuttle service to the city center, though i use other means of transport.
the gym equipment show slight signs of wear.
